All of our products require you to send a photo for the tile to be made from. Please e-mail your photo to orders@fusionjewelryandtiles.com
I hereby authorize Fusion Jewelry and Tiles, LLC irrevocable license to use my photograph(s) now and at anytime in the future. This includes the right to modify the photograph(s) necessary in Fusion Jewelry and Tiles, LLC sole discretion. This includes, without limitation, use of the photograph in Fusion Jewelry and Tiles,LLC brochures, photo books, displays, advertisements and any other promotional material it wishes. I acknowledge and agree that I am the owner of the photograph(s) and that I have the exclusive right and authority to grant the licenses granted herein. I understand that Fusion Jewelry and Tiles,LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged photograph(s). Federal and state copyright laws provide that the author of a work is the owner of it. Copying a work without the author/photographer’s permission is a violation of the law. This is true whether or not the image contains a copyright notice on it.
